Neurofeedback
“I was skeptical at first, but after a few weeks I realized I wasn’t snapping at my family as much, and I could actually fall asleep without hours of tossing and turning.”

“What surprised me most was how gentle the process is. I just sit, watch a movie, and somehow my brain is learning new patterns. It feels natural — but the changes are real.”

“Living with ADHD as an adult always made me feel scattered and overwhelmed — like I was constantly behind no matter how hard I tried. After starting neurofeedback, I noticed I could stay organized at work and actually finish tasks without losing focus. I finally feel more in control of my life, instead of my ADHD controlling me.”

What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training therapy that helps the brain learn healthier patterns of functioning. By using real-time EEG technology, neurofeedback provides gentle feedback to encourage the brain to self-regulate. Over time, this training can improve focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
Who Can Benefit?
Neurofeedback can be helpful for children, teens, and adults experiencing:
ADHD/ADD (attention, impulsivity, distractibility)
Anxiety and stress
Depression and mood regulation
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Autism spectrum challenges (emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm)
Sleep difficulties
Performance enhancement (sports, academics, creative work)
How Does It Work?
Sensors are placed on the scalp to measure brainwave activity.
When the brain produces healthier, more balanced patterns, the system provides a reward — such as a movie playing more clearly or a game moving forward.
This process teaches the brain to spend more time in these balanced states, just like practicing any new skill.
What to Expect in a Session
Sessions last about 30–45 minutes.
You or your child can relax while watching a movie, listening to music, or engaging with a computer program that responds to brain activity.
No electricity goes into the brain — the sensors only read brain activity.
Can Neurofeedback Be Done Virtually?
Yes! With the help of remote neurofeedback systems, training can be done from the comfort of your home while being monitored by a therapist online. This makes neurofeedback more flexible and accessible for families and busy individuals.
How Long Does It Take?
Most clients benefit from 20–40 sessions.
Sessions are usually done 2–3 times per week at the beginning.
Some individuals notice improvements in just a few sessions, while others progress more gradually.
What Outcomes Can Be Expected?
Many clients report improvements such as:
Better focus and attention
Increased calm and emotional regulation
Improved sleep quality
Reduced anxiety, irritability, or impulsivity
Fewer behavioral outbursts or meltdowns
Greater resilience and confidence
Results are often long-lasting, as the brain learns new patterns of self-regulation.
